Procrastination - A Working Man's Holiday
I've been meaning to write a blog on procrastination for some time now, but kept putting it off. Hmm, lame humour.
Since this is a Real Estate site, today's discussion will focus on first time home buyers. People put off buying that first house because....the timing's not right....rates are too high....rates may go down....I can't afford it.... Two, perhaps five years pass....$1000/mo. rent X 12 mos. X 5 yrs. = $60,000!!! paid to the landlord. OMG!
It's becoming a buyer's market, and the best time to buy a home is always,,,,now! There are deals out there, go get 'em!
Procrastination is not only a time waster, because when it comes to real estate, it can waste your money too.
